For birth announcements, you warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child, children or person or persons portrayed in the images you are submitting. We cannot accept images of children/babies in which full or partial nudity exposes any part of the genital area. Such images will be immediately deleted from our files.

Good faith
Our services are performed by real people who use their talents on each order. Therefore, as a condition of purchase, and without exception, you agree that any order canceled after we begin work on the order (sometimes in less than 12 hours) will result in a $25 charge payable by cashiers or Bank Check, and an additional $5 for each proof revision, if submitted. If you have ordered proofs of more than one design, you agree that the cancellation fee will be $25 for the initial design, and $15 for each additional design ordered. We act in good faith when we create customized orders - this fee is to cover the time necessary to create each card / announcement. Please note, that failing to respond to your proof (for any reason) within 20 days after the order is placed, will result in an automatic cancellation and fee.

All text for the announcements, invitations, thank you notes and other items you purchase from us must be supplied to Celebrate the Day! via email. When you email, please include your name, address, phone number where you can be reached, both home and cell if possible.You are responsible for the accuracy of dates and times, places for any celebration or party location, names of people such as parents and children's names. Celebrate the Day!© will not be held responsible for typographical errors in text supplied to us by you, so please be careful and check this important infpormation BEFORE you send it to us. A mistake you make will delay us getting your invitatration or annoucements, etc back to you in a timely fashion.

If you are requesting a birth announcement, please supply the child's name, date of birth, time of birrth, weight, height or length and parent's names. If there is a poem that you want on the party announcement, please supply it to us via email, making sure to include contact information, address, phone numbers and email address so we can contact you. We do not accept personal checks, only Cashier checks or Bank Checks drawn against a Bank. Products will be shipped via USPS Ground. If you wish FedEx or UPS, the cost will be added to your bill which will be sent to you via email. We will not send your invitations or announcements until we have received final payment from you. We are a small business, and we have to be careful and hope that you understand our concerns.
